The built-in Mosshaim SeriesS cooktop features dark vitro ceramic glass and the latest in high-heat infrared technology with two incredibly reliable, powerful ribbon burners. Each burner can reach over 700ºF in seconds and cook with precise temperature control. The cooktop performs incredibly like gas but is much safer without open flames or fumes. The 120-volt burners are highly efficient as they cook with residual heat from the ceramic glass most of the time, saving money in energy cost compared to other electric burner technologies. One cooktop burner measures 7-¾" with power 1400 Watts (3500 BTU), and the other burner measures 6-½" with power 1000 Watts (4900 BTU).

The base of the Master Chef's Table is available in a variety of attractive John Boos American Heritage Collection finishes (shown above in the Cherry Stain finish).
