Rouge! Cherry is the color red and is a deep, rich, fine-grained hardwood top featured in the John Boos Rouge et Noir collection. It coordinates beautifully with cherry cabinetry and flooring in your kitchen. Noir! Black is sophisticated, stylish, and timeless. The hand-rubbed black finish of the base complements décors from traditional to contemporary, while the darker colors of the collection will make a lighter room appear larger.

Our Pro Prep Block features a 4-inch thick, end-grain Cherry hardwood butcher block in a penetrating oil finish that can handle heavy-duty culinary chopping and slicing tasks. The base is painted in a black caviar and includes the cherry hardwood slatted shelf and two flat copper tie bars with six copper pot hooks .The Pro Prep Block is available is available in four sizes:
